ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.321 of 2023, dated 05.12.2023 on the file of respondent No.1 as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.321 of 2023, Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai.

3. Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
