When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 4454/A/2023 dated 28.02.2024, in and by which, the petitioner was considered for promotion and appointed as the Librarian Grade-III. 2.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Hence, he prays to dismiss the same seeking leave to challenge the proceedings dated 28.02.2024 in respect of the date of commencement of regularisation. 2/4
3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 28.02.2024 so far as to the extend of the date of commencement of regularization, in accordance with law and on its own merits. No costs.
