ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the protest demonstration to be held on 09.11.2024 at Near Chidambara Nagar Bus Stop, Opposite Maiyavadi, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that permission was granted by the respondent police to the petitioner to hold demonstration.

3. Copy of the order was also handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
