DECREE : This Appeal coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of appeal, award of the lower Court, and the material papers is this case, and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.BHASKARAN, Advocate for the appellant, of Mr.K.K.KUMARAVEL, Advocate for the Respondents, this Court while dismissing the appeal doth order and decree as follows :-

1) That the Award passed in MCOP.No.51/2010 dated 06.08.2012 on the file of the VI Additional District Judge, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Madurai be and is hereby confirmed, and this Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed.

2) That Claimant be and is hereby permitted to withdraw the entire award amount with interest and costs without filing any formal petition before the Tribunal since the appellant has already deposited the entire award before the Tribunal.

3) That there be no order as to costs.
