Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents to retrieve the lands in T.S.No.11 old inam S.No.299 Rajapalayam Village, Rajapalaiyam Taluk, Virudhunagar District, back to the temple by cancelling revenue entries in the name of private individuals and restoring it to the Arulmigu Mayuranathaswami Temple, in accordance with law and relevant revenue and temple records and by removing all the unauthorized occupants in the said property and by adopting and employing necessary measures for the said purpose and consequently direct the 6th respondent to reconsider the G.O. Ms. No. 312 for installation of the statue of Freedom Fighter V.O.Chidambaranar at Town Survey No.11/7 (Door No. 1017), Rajapalayam Village, as the said land forms part of the temple property.
