ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner apprehends that some third parties may create encumbrances over the petition mentioned property. Hence this writ petition has been filed to forbear the second respondent from registering any document in this regard.

3.It is obvious that the petitioner is having some dispute with some private party. If that be so, the petitioner has to file a civil suit against the concerned party and obtain an order of injunction. Filing a writ petition in this context is not appropriate.

4.Granting liberty to the writ petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court, this writ petition is disposed of. 08.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No MGA 2/4
