ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the Crime No.598 of 2022, dated 16.11.2022 on the file of the first respondent Police, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 353, 506(i) IPC and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner alone.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed and they have also produced the copy of the final report, dated 20.11.2022.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 14.12.2022 das 2/4
