2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Crime No. 152 of 2024 has already been completed, final report has also been filed and the same was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam in CC No.235 of 2025 and the case is posted to 05.12.2025.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has been filed and the same was also taken on file, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
