Based upon the instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced a copy indicating that notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act has been served to the persons by the Tahsildar Andipatti and the proceedings will be completed as early as possible. Therefore, we find that necessary action has been taken which is substantial in nature.
