Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to carry out survey, measurement and demarcation of boundaries of the properties measuring to an extent of 1482 sq. feet comprised in TS No.10/21B and Door No.8/21 situated at Chinna Milagu Parai, Collector Office Road, Trichy - 1 and mutate the Town Survey Land Field Register into the petitioner's name after rectifying the extent of the property as 1482 sq.feet instead of 1399 sq. feet by considering the petitioner's applications dated 05.02.2024, 29.05.2024 and 22.07.2025.

2.The petitioner wants survey and demarcation of the petition mentioned properties. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that survey will be conducted on 17.09.2025.
