ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.4(ii) 1/3

imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti in Crl.M.P.No.8445 of 2024 dated 29.08.2024 as appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai.

2. The Court below while enlarging the petitioner on bail directed the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti daily at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. for until further orders.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the grounds raised by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Court below and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The other conditions remain unaltered.
