This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to complete the 1/4

investigation in Crime No.519 of 2015 and to file final report within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that after completing the investigation, the respondent police has laid the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.1239 of 2022.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
