PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 483 (1)(b) of BNSS Act, to modify the condition No.2 imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.3496 of 2024 dated 19.08.2024 as appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai daily at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. for until further orders instead of report before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai before the Court daily at about 10.00 a.m. for a period of 15 days in Crl.M.P.No.3496 of 2024 dated 19.08.2024.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.2 1/3

imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.3496 of 2024 dated 19.08.2024 as appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai.

2. The Court below while enlarging the petitioner on bail directed the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of 15 days.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the grounds raised by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Court below and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The other conditions remain unaltered.
