ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2019 and direct the respondents to conduct survey for the ring road in an alternative route without affecting the tank in S.No.487 of Periyakottai Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.The petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2019 was addressed to the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu and the Hon'ble Chief Justice of Madras High Court. The petitioner has not sent the representation to any one who can pass orders on the representation. However, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has now prayed that a representation dated 21.08.2019 is sent to the District Collector, Sub Collector, concerned Tahsildar and the Assistant Executive Engineer of State Highways and that may be directed to be considered. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to consider his representation dated 21.08.2019 within the stipulated time. 3.

Considering the scope of limited prayer that is now sought by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.08.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is also open to the petitioner to submit a representation to the fourth respondent expressing his grievance within a period of two weeks from the date or receipt of copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
