ORDER
The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 27.09.2024 passed in W.P.(MD).23080 of 2024 by this Court, thereby directed the contemnor / respondent to release the document within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that, when the writ petition came up for hearing, due to inadvertence, the respondent / contemnor wrongly represented before this Court that presented document for registration was registered. However, sofar the sale deed which was presented by the petitioner is yet to be registered and it is pending for the petitioner, who failed to produce the legal heir certificate and the Will and the extent of the property also not tallied.
3. In view of the above, there is no contempt as against the respondent. Hence, this Contempt Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to produce the required document before the respondent. 2/4
On receipt of the same, the respondent, if satisfied with the documents and other details, by the petitioner, is directed to register the sale deed and release the same.
