PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the fourth respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No. 5 of 2015 pending before the fourth respondent by fixing a time frame.

The Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the fourth respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No. 5 of 2015 pending before the fourth respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the fourth respondent police has completed investigation and also final report has been filed before the concerned court, since the Presiding Officer is not Court, there is a delay in numbering the final report. He would also submit that the final report will be taken on file after the Presiding Officer takes charge.
