ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor/respondent for her willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P(MD)No.21611 of 2021, dated 29.07.2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 25.09.2025), the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court, dated 29.07.2024 in W.P(MD) No.2661 of 2025 has been complied with and that therefore, the petition may be closed. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition is closed.
