ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

2. Considering the nature of the relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner has suffered an order dated 23.02.2016 at the hands of the Tahsildar, Thirumangalam. Questioning the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent. It is seen that the appeal was filed only on on 08.11.2022, not even one month had expired. I am not inclined to issue any direction straightaway at the instance of the petitioner. It is for the first respondent to dispose of the appeal on merits and in accordance with law after notice to the second respondent. This writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
