2. In view of the fact that the issue involved in this case pertains to matrimonial matter, especially for the grant of maintenance, nothing survives after the demise of one of the parties to the O.P i.e the petitioner.

3. Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in my considered view, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition for adjudication after the demise of the petitioner.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

5. No costs.
