Heard Mr.K.R.Manimaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Muthu Manikkam, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta in petitioner's name in respect of property in Ramarajapuram Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District comprising in S.No.37B to extent about 18 cents, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2024.
3. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2024 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested persons, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
