ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4. Issuance of notice to the respondents 5 to 8 is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner alleges that a mistake occurred during UDR in respect of the petition mentioned land. He has given a petition before the District Revenue Officer, Madurai in this regard. It is well settled that for correcting UDR mistake there is no limitation. 2/4

3.The second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the interested persons, hold enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
