ORDER

This petitioner has filed this Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take appropriate action as against respondent No.5 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending only to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out in said complaint and the same would be completed within two weeks.

3. In view of the above said submission, there shall be a direction to the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to complete the enquiry, after giving notice to the respondent No.5, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner and the respondent No.5. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the respondents, he may seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. 15.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No 2/4
