Though larger relief has been sought for in this writ petition, the petitioner has now restricted his prayer to direct the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 25.09.2019 filed under Rule 29 of the Tamilnadu Recognized Private School (Regulation) Rules, 1974, within a stipulated time.

2. Since the appeal is said to be pending from 2019 onwards, it would be appropriate to direct the second respondent to dispose it of expeditiously, within the stipulated time.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 25.09.2019, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
