When the petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested in some other case and was remanded in the jail. Therefore, he sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the above said submission, the criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
