2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17746 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for twenty six days.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the ground that has been taken seeking for relaxation, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police every Friday at 05.30 p.m. until further orders.

5. This Petition is ordered accordingly.
