ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the First Information in Crime No.45 of 2022, dated 06.02.2022 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal as against this petitioner alone.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed in CNR.No.TNMD070152882022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai on 14.11.2022 and they have also produced the copy of the same.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 14.12.2022 2/4
