Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.F.DEEPAK, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 32 days in preferring the Crl.RC(MD)SR.No.37848 of 2019 as against the order passed by the respondent No.2 in M.C.No.221/NI.SA.NA and KA.DU.AA/M.MA/2019, dated 13.08.2019.

CRL MP(MD) No.11490 of 2019 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.2,00/- (Rupees Two hundred only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
