Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.R.YAMUNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the ourt made the following order:- This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 29.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18861 of 2024. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18861 of 2024 on 29.10.2024, regularly and he prayed for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for nearly 11 days and stayed at Chennai as imposed.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18861 of 2024 on 29.10.2024 is modified and there shall be a direction to the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders. sd/- 14/11/2024 / TRUE COPY / 14/11/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( ) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
