The petitioner had filed an appeal before the first respondent /Revenue Divisional Officer, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, aggrieved by the rejection of application seeking legal heir certificate by the second respondent / Tahsildar, Kulithalai Taluk. The matter is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer.

2. Since it is so pending, it would be inappropriate on my part to examine the details as examination of each fact is the sole privilege of the Revenue Divisional Officer.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader had taken notice on behalf of the respondents and states that notice had also been issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer for enquiry. The petitioner is 2/4

directed to co-operate during the enquiry and if there is co-operation by all persons concerned, a direction is given to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal now pending within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date on which all the parties have actually appeared and advanced necessary arguments / given representations.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
