ORDER

The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".

2.By order, dated 21.11.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.118 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.1431/2025, dated 03.12.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further eight months time to comply with the order, dated 21.11.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, eight months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 21.11.2024. 30.01.2026 cmr
