ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 10.03.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.27000 of 2022 wherein this Court has directed the respondent to consider the request of the petitioner for regularization of his suspension period.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent corporation brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent has issued the proceedings on 09.05.2025 concluding the departmental proceedings and imposing a punishment of censure.

3. In view of the said compliance, the contempt petition stands closed. It is open to the petitioner to move appropriate Court for further reliefs.
