PRAYER :- To enlarge the Petitioner on Bail in connection with CC.No.647 of 2021 in Cr.No.1265 of 2021 on the file of the Hon'ble I Additional Special Court for Trial Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Cases, Madurai(FAC).

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.647 of 2021. 2.By the order dated 09.12.2022, this Court, while dismissing the bail application filed by the petitioner, directed the learned I Additional District Judge, Special Court for Trial Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Cases, Madurai, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.647 of 2021, pending on his file, within a period of four months. Now, the learned District Judge, seeks further time to complete the trial process.

3.Even though request has been made by the trial Court, seeking extension of time to dispose of the above said case, in view of the order passed by this Court dated 05.06.2023, on the second bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9367 of 2023, granting three months time to dispose of the same case namely C.C.No.647 of 2021, this request dated 12.06.2023 has become https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

unnecessary. The trial Court is directed to comply the order that has been passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9367 of 2023, dated 05.06.2023, since it is subsequent order.
