Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SUSI KUMAR.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19889 of 2022, dated 10.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19889 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri on the first week of January, 2023 (for a period of 5 days) and thereafter, appear before the trial https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Court, on the date fixed by the concerned Magistrate/Judge, without fail.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
