ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.One V.K.Durairaj passed away on 13.01.2014. The petitioner claims to be his adopted son. The petitioner has applied for issuance of legal heir certificate. Since it was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Notice was ordered. When the matter was taken up for final hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's request was rejected vide order dated 13.12.2022. It is further stated that the rejection order will be served on the petitioner expeditiously. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 4.With this liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
