2. On perusal of the impugned order passed by the trial Court, the age of the minor Rajagotham is given as 08.07.1992. The impugned order was passed on application filed by the petitioner / appellant herein for the custody of the said child under GWOP No.1 of 2007. Since the said minor attained the majority now, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.No costs.
