ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner instead of taking appropriate action on the petition of the petitioner dated 29.10.2019 and 29.11.2019
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
