This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. This Court is modifying the order portion of the Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14591 of 2025 dated 12.01.2026, that the paragraph No.5, shall be replaced as under:

"[h]. the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount on 19.02.2026, which has been deposited by the petitioner/accused to the credit of Crime No. 94 of 2025".

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order dated 12.01.2026 and issue fresh order copy to the parties. Index : Yes / No 13.02.2026 Internet : Yes/ No jbr NOTE: Issue order copy on 19.02.2026.
