O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai to dispose the case in C.C.No. 262 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case and there are totally eight witnesses in this case. He would also submit that the case was originally posed on 10.11.2018 for serving copies to the accused person. However for one reason or another the accused persons are evading to appear before the trial court to receive copies.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are eight witnesses in this case and once the trial commences the respondents will be able to bring witnesses for trial and the case is posted on 03.02.2020 for appearance of the accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Under such circumstances,there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai to dispose the case in C.C.No. 262 of 2016 within a period of four months from the next hearing date.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
