Civil Miscellaneous appeal filed under Order 43 Rule 1(S) of Civil Procedure Code against the judgment and decree dated 31.10.2012 in I.A.No.67 of 2012 in O.S.No.41 of 2010 on the file of Additional District Judge, Pudukkottai, ORDER:

This Appeal coming upon for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 15.04.2019 and the requisition letter of the Additional District Judge,Pudukkottai, vide letter in D.No.287/2020 dated 20.07.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Vijayakumar,Advocate for the Appellant, this court made the following order:

By order dated 15.04.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.41 of 2010, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.287/2020, dated 20.07.2020, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 15.04.2019 made in this civil miscellaneous appeal. 3.There is no objection on the side of the appellant in extending the time limit.

5.Though the time granted by this Court is already over, considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time and also considering the extraordinary situation, six months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 15.04.2019.
