ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks survey of the petition mentioned land which was given to the petitioner in exchange for their land. No exception can be taken to the petitioner's request. Survey, measurement and demarcation shall be done within a period of twelve weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
