ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Mr.P.VELMURUGAN, J.) This contempt petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnor/Respondent for having deliberately, willfully flouted the order dated 04.10.2024, in W.P.(MD) No.22384 of 2024. 2.Earlier on 13.10.2025, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court dated 04.10.2024 has been complied with pending the contempt petition. Hence, this Court passed the following order: The learned Government Advocate would submit that the order of this Court dated 04.10.2024, passed in W.P.(MD).No.22384 of 2024 has been duly complied with, after receiving the contempt notice before filing the contempt petition itself.

2.The copy of the compliance order has been served to the petitioner's counsel. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to instruct the petitioner to appear before this Court on 14.10.2025. 3.List the matter on 14.10.2025, for the appearance of the petitioner.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, in compliance of the order dated 13.10.2025, the petitioner appeared before this Court in person. We

enquired the petitioner. During the course of enquiry, he informed that the encroachment has been removed and the order of this Court dated 04.10.2024, passed in W.P.(MD).No.22384 of 2024 has been duly complied with.
