This petition has been filed seeking modification of condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17719 of 2024, on 18.10.2024. 2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for 6 days, whereas, this Court directed the petitioner to comply with the condition for a period of three weeks. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had complied with the condition continuously for 10 days, whereas, for the last 4 days, he was not allowed to sign in the notebook.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.5(ii) and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required. 2/3
