This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that no harassment was made by them as alleged by the petitioner and based on the complaint given by the de facto complainant, they conducted enquiry and the same was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
