ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.286 of 2019 pending on the file of the second respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.286 of 2019, final report was filed closing the case as 'mistake of fact' and the same was communicated to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
