This matter has been listed today(11.11.2025), under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, wherein she has indicated that for appointment to the post of PG Assistant, TET is not a necessary qualification and this Court had however insisted upon the qualification of TET in respect of the petitioner's appointment.

2. As rightly pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also acknowledged by the learned Additional Government Pleader, TET is not a necessary qualification for appointment of PG Assistant.

3. In view of the same, Paragraph No.6 of the order shall stand deleted and the following shall be replaced.

" In fine, the writ petition stands allowed and there shall be a direction to the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as PG Assistant in English in the fourth respondent school with effect from the date of initial appointment and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law and and disburse the grant-in-aid towards her salary and allowance with effect from the said date, with all attendant benefits, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
