2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that after investigation, final report has been filed as 'Mistake of Fact' and RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant.
