This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents herein to commence investigation in Crime No.174 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent and file final report without any further delay.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that after investigation, final report has been filed as 'Mistake of Fact' and RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant.
