PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent in his Letter No. S 3(3)/32171/2021 dated 26.02.2021 and quash the same and consequentially direct the Respondents to take the last drawn pay of the petitioner in the cadre of Typist in Industrial Safety and Health Department, Tirupur to fix the pay scale of the petitioner in the cadre of Typist in Public Works Department and to grant Higher Start Pay to the petitioner by considering the initial date of appointment in Government Service i.e. on 12.03.2013 and to grant arrears and other all attendant and service benefits.
