2. The mother of the lift convict is the petitioner herein. She seeks ordinary leave for her son. According to the petitioner, she is having serious ailments and therefore she wants this Court to consider her request for grant of ordinary leave for her son. The petitioner's request has already been rejected by the first respondent vide order dated 26.10.2024.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has furnished the details of 12 cases in which the petitioner's son has been implicated.

4. The antecedents of the petitioner's son are such that we are not persuaded to consider the petitioner's request. The impugned order is sustained. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
