Respondents in both writ petitions Common Prayer :- Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 3rd respondent from commencing the selection process under MRB Notification No.11/MRB/2022 dated 11.10.2022 by conducting the Computer Based Test on 11th and 12th December 2022 without declaring the transparent details of all the provisionally selected 4425 candidates regarding name, community, marks scored, absentees communal rotation and details of those who did not join the post with respect to the Notification No.07/MRB/2018 dated 25.09.2018 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue petitioners' with an appointment order considering petitioners' representation, dated 19.11.2022, respectively.
