ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner. 1/4

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner is the accused in NDPS case in Rettiyarchathiram Police Station, but no any cases are pending before the second respondent. Only on assumption, they filed this petition and no any harassment made by the respondents as alleged in the petition. Therefore, the petition is not maintainable and liable to be dismissed.

3. The prayer of the petitioner is to direct the second respondents not to harass the petitioner and the second respondent has denied the alleged harassment. Already a NDPS case has been registered by the Rettiyarchathiram Police Station and no any case is pending before the second respondent. In view of the same and recording the above said submission of the second respondent, this criminal original petition is closed.
